Coronavirus (COVID-19): Important information for our members

With the rapidly evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19), many banks and credit unions are implementing their business continuity plans.

Banks and Credit Unions are required by regulations to remain open every day that the Federal Reserve is open and NLCU will be.  How we can all bank has changed dramatically since the last pandemic with the advent of Mobile Banking and Remote Deposit capture makes remote banking a breeze.

In the old days people tended to want cash in a National Emergencies but today we are all better off using our Debit Cards at ATMs and Stores for purchases and for what little cash we may need.  A great advantage is that you can disinfect a piece of plastic much easier than cash.

To protect you our members and our staff, we will be offering drive thru only services as well as ATM access at all branch locations starting on March 18, 2020.

We will continue to handle loans and new accounts in our lobbies by appointment. In addition, you can begin loan applications and new account applications online at

We have increased cleaning of ATMs and Drive Thru areas to protect you and our staff.

We encourage you to set up Home Banking, Mobile, and Remote Deposit Capture if you don’t already have these services. We can assist you in the process over the phone.
